Every Monday night, volunteers from a local nonprofit join the Gianni’s team as servers for the evening, and all tips and 10% of sales from the night go directly towards a designated local charitable organization.
Gianni’s has been hosting Tips for Change since 2012 and has raised over $100,000 for charity annually. This event is specifically geared towards smaller, local nonprofits in need of funding, and scheduling is done up to a year in advance. So, make a reservation for any Monday night to indulge in contemporary Italian cuisine while supporting the community. Gianni’s is a fantastic dining destination and an excellent choice for catering your next Walnut Creek event or party. Whether you’re hosting a small gathering or a large celebration, we offer a range of party packages to suit your needs.
Our party packages serve ten people each and offer a variety of delicious Italian dishes. The Favorite package includes Maccheroni pasta with sweet Italian sausage, peas, roasted bell pepper, and tomato cream, as well as a Cesare salad and a crispy Romaine salad with house-made croutons, Parmesan cheese, and Cesare dressing.
We offer a Design Your Own Pasta and Salad Package if you want to customize your catering order. This package allows you to choose one full tray of pasta and one large salad from our pasta and salad menu.
For larger events, our Celebration Package is an excellent choice. This package includes your choice of one full tray of entrée, one full tray of pasta, one large salad, and house-baked bread. To top it off, the package comes with mini donuts filled with vanilla custard and chocolate sauce, making it the perfect way to celebrate any occasion.
